And Montreal is leading the way (in North America, at least).

According to this CTV article, cities worldwide have been developing bikeways with new urgency since 2020.

Apparently Montreal did more than any other North American city to expand safe cycling during the pandemic, while London, Paris, and Brussels did the most in Europe. One urban planning expert called it a "big paradigm shift," saying that cities are reclaiming space from cars and giving it to bikes.

(Yes! Bring on the two-wheeled revolution.)
